By accessing our website or placing a reservation for any farmhouse property or celebration venue listed on ATOZESTAYS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1Reservation & Payment Terms
All bookings placed via ATOZESTAYS require full advance payment or agreed booking deposits to lock check-in dates. Property rates are displayed transparently in Indian Rupees (INR) with zero hidden maintenance fees.
2Cancellations, Refunds & Date Reschedules
⚠️ Strict Policy Disclaimer:
As of current company protocols, ATOZESTAYS does NOT offer Cancellation, Refund, or Reschedule options. Once a property reservation is confirmed, all payments are final and non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-eligible for date changes.
3Guest Conduct & Property Care
Guests are expected to treat farmhouse properties, lawns, swimming pools, and electronic amenities with respect. Any deliberate property damage, unauthorized crowd expansion beyond approved capacity, or illegal activities will result in immediate check-out forfeiture without compensation.
4Keyless Smart Lock Compliance
Digital PIN passcodes issued for smart keyless locks are exclusively assigned to the primary registered guest. Sharing access passcodes with unauthorized non-registered visitors is strictly prohibited.
