Cancellations Policy
Important details regarding booking cancellations for staycations, private resort villas, and event venues.
Please note that we do NOT have Cancellation options as of now. Once a farmhouse stay or private event venue reservation is locked and confirmed with ATOZESTAYS, guests cannot cancel the booking. No full or partial monetary refunds will be provided upon cancellation requests.
1Why Cancellations Are Restricted
ATOZESTAYS operates exclusive private farmhouses where calendar dates are blocked specifically for your group upon booking. Because property owners turn away all other prospective guests and allocate dedicated staff, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
2No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in on the reserved date without prior notification ("No-Show"), the reservation is treated as cancelled by the guest. The entire booking amount will be forfeited with zero refund.
